Workshop Policies

I am committed to providing workshop attendees with a wonderful experience but in order to keep things running smoothly, please keep these policies in mind:

CLASS CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations and changes must be received 14 days prior to class and are subject to an administration fee. 

• Cancellations given within less than 14 days prior to class and no-shows will forfeit their class fees.

• In the case of emergencies or special circumstances class credits will be given on a case by case basis, to be determined by Tamara Klassen

• COVID-19 - If you are feeling unwell on the day of the class please get in touch to make alternative arrangements.

CANCELLATION OF CLASS BY TAMARA KLASSEN

• Tamara reserves the right to cancel or change a class 24 hours prior, including but not limited to, lack of participation, space or equipment availability.

• Students will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
